**The Role**:
We are advertising a exciting new Projects Convenor position within the Faculty. The post holder will play a role in the delivery of a major new strategic partnership with King's College London (KCL) to deliver a Branch of the KCL MBBS GEM course at the University of Portsmouth from August 2024. This is of strategic importance to the University and region, intending to help address the health and wellbeing needs of the Portsmouth, South East Hampshire and Isle of Wight health and care system.

The MBBS Projects Lead works to align and enhance the series of modules across the Programme through which students undertake various projects. They will report to the Deputy Programme Directors and will play an important role in the development of student projects. The role holder will ensure that the range of projects available to students across the programme provides stimulating opportunities for students to tailor and stretch their knowledge and experience; and provide quality assurance across this important aspect of student learning.

The role will be 0.2 fte initially with the potential to rise to 0.4 fte from August 2025.

Interviews are expected to take place 12 June 2024.
