My client is an award-winning, successful business with a friendly, warm atmosphere and progressive attitude. They are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to come onboard in a brand new role. This is an exciting position well suited to acareer minded individual and will be a key role within the business.

**Your role will involve**:

- Using data and segmentation strategies to identify guest groups and needs
- Contributing to marketing effectiveness to improve interactions with consumers
- Identifying trends and optimising advertising spend
- Delivering innovative and effective database growth strategies through digital marketing
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team to create effective landing pages to drive additional web traffic
- Identifying critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels
- 4+ years’ experience in a digital marketing/CRM role
- Expertise in e-CRM systems. Knowledge of Acteol/Atreemo would be useful too
- To be data and analytics obsessed and able to provide clarity and insight to the wider team
- Expertise in Facebook/Instagram/Google advertising, with a record of success in these fields
- A highly organised approach and the ability to plan and run multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly developed communications skills, with a great business acumen
- A valid driving license and access to independent transport
