Campus Leader

Daventry, United Kingdom Creating Tomorrow MAT Full time

Everyone deserves the right to aspire to the very best future, yet only 4.7% of adults in England with a learning disability who are known to local authorities go on to secure paid employment, compared to 80% of their peers. Recent surveys also indicate that 65% of adults with a learning disability would like to work.

We wholeheartedly believe that our students and young adults are more than capable of not only gaining and maintaining employment but also being an incredible asset to any employer. We recognise that to achieve this we need to not only upskill our students but also support employers to become disability confident, so they are able to reap the rewards of an untapped workforce.
