**About the role**

As a Visual and Marketing coordinator, you will focus primarily on visual to provide support and direction to Retail Stores to deliver customers a world class in-store shopping experience.

You will assist in the planning and execution of European visual and marketing strategies, to help drive sales through compelling visual window presentations, along with in-store graphics.

You will collaborate with European Retail Management, European Retail stores, Corporate and Country Management to meet visual needs, by coordinating visuals in stores, communicating direction, and supporting stores as needed.

The Visual & Marketing Coordinator duties and responsibilities will consist of but not limited to:

- Assist in developing window presentations for all European store types.
- Partner closely with Merchandising teams, to ensure the product aligns with the planned calendar.
- Support the development of windows and graphic rollouts, including creative direction, distro creation, project management, shipping, tracking and store communication.
- Maintain European Window and Graphics calendar.
- Co-manage the launches of new products within retail stores.
- Drive and co-manage multiple visual initiatives with mínimal supervision, within agreed timescales.
- Support the Visual & Marketing Manager in partnering with European Marketing Managers.
- Create comprehensive visual guides, for stores can easily understand direction and execute consistently.
- Coordinate seasonal graphic rollouts, and work with appropriate teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and allocation of all visual components and graphics.
- Create photo presentations to showcase windows, launches and sales results for Management Teams.
- Mange requests for web imagery to be created to ensure the Skechers brand is accurately represented on shopping Centre websites.
- Work closely with Graphics department to develop creative and manage the process from inception to execution.
- Create, distribute, and collate surveys to provide feedback on visual needs from European retail stores.
- Communicate with Retail stores, District and Regional Managers to address queries relating to visual needs and provide resolution.
- Assist in maintaining the visual and marketing inventory, submitting jobs to replenish and create new items as needed, and maintain expense log.
- Assist and support the planning and execution of marketing promotions and campaigns.
- Provide administrative support to the Visual and Marketing Department
- Undertake other special projects as assigned.
- Minimal travel may be required as necessary.

**Core skills as a Visual & Marketing Coordinator**:

- Experience within retail environment is desirable.
- Proficient in MS-Office, Word, PowerPoint, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships among all cross-functional groups.
- Must display a high degree of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.
- Must possess strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple projects.
- Flexibility to frequent changes and ability to react quickly.
- Self-starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Ability to use Adobe Photoshop would be an advantage.
