As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will support in leading the Restaurant operation, always ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all customer enquiries and requests are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always achieving the best revenue streams. You will also support with recruitment and continual development of the restaurant team ensuring departmental objectives for the team are set and feedback is provided on a regular basis.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industy. It is essential that you have experience working with a Central Reservations System and have excellent communication skills.
