Food Handler

Everest People Solutions have an exciting new opportunity for several Food Handler Positions Urgently Required in Attleborough NR17 2AT.

The role involves working in a chilled environment, working with raw meat (Chicken). You will be responsible for all aspects of meat preparation from weighing, packing, and slicing. There may be some general hygiene and warehouse duties as well as part of the role. Full training and ongoing support will be provided by both our customers and by ourselves.

**You can earn up to an extra £65.00 per week for attending all your scheduled shifts**

**Pay Rates**: Days & Nights: £10.30 PH and OT paid at £15.45 OH

**Shift Times**:

- Day Shift: 07:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
- Night Shift: 16:45 - 02:15 (Monday to Friday)
- Transport available from multiple locations around Ipswich (£5 per day)

**Duties of a Food Handler**:

- Retail-Cutting, chopping and portioning the chicken on a fast-paced line
- EV- Separating various components into different trays, stacking, and moving crates
- Intake
- Hanging the birds on the production line in preparation for automated processing

**Requirements for a Food Handler**:

- Production experience is necessary
- Previous poultry experience is beneficial
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
