We are seeking an Administrator/ Audio Typist for our ENT team at Great Western Hospital, working within the secretarial office. To undertake administrative and typing duties.

This is a permanent role for 22.5hrs per week.

**Tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following**:
1. Book urgent follow up appointments.
2. Sort and distribute incoming / outgoing post promptly and efficiently, including internal post and any
printed results.
3. Answer telephone queries promptly in a polite and professional manner.
4. Deal with queries as they occur throughout the day, passing on messages promptly to the appropriate
parties.
5. Ensure that all work leaving the department is of the highest quality in terms of presentation and layout.
6. Ensure that Trust and departmental processes are followed.
7. When workload allows, type clinic and theatre letters and other patient-related documentation within the
agreed timescales. Some letters may be distressing in nature
