Here at GXO Logistics, we are on the hunt for a Transport First Line Manager for our JD Outdoors transport team at our busy Middlewich site. If you are successful in joining us, you would be working the night shift on a 5 over 7 shift pattern which comes to 45 hours, some flexibility will be required to meet the demands of the operation. There may be requirements to travel to off-site meetings that may require overnight stay.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,950 per annum which includes a night shift premium. In addition, we offer 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day as a Transport First Line Manager**:

- Achieving and exceeding KPI target expectations in line with department budget
- Regularly review team members performance and offer support and guidance
- Support the management team with projects and initiatives
- Identify and report hazards, safety risks as well as any incidents and accidents to ensure that all work equipment is used correctly and safely

- An ability to lead by example and demonstrate company values at all times
- An ability to work on one’s own initiative and prioritize workload
- Strong team management and coaching skills
