Desktop Support - IT Support - 2nd Line

**Duties**:

- 1st and 2nd line IT support
- Windows server administration
- Backup administration
- Setting up new users on company systems
- Configuring new PCs and laptops
- Supplier liaison
- Telecoms support
- Support/cover for other members of IT as required

Experience sought:

- 2 years’ experience within IT support
- Windows OS knowledge
- Team player who is flexible in taking on new tasks to support other colleagues
- Analytical
- Organised
- Good communicator
- Self-motivated
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Ability to ensure confidentiality
- Due to the location you need to be a driver.
