**Mindline Coordinator**:

- £18,398 per year (based on a full time salary of £32,088)
- 21.5 hours per week (Mon/Tue/Thurs evenings, Friday am & pm and Saturday am)
- Permanent (14hrs) Maternity Cover (7.5 hours)
- Based in Greenwich
- Hybrid working considered in line with policy

**Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind **is a highly regarded local charity, helping people to be mentally healthy and working together with those experiencing mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life. With an annual turnover of £7M, over 150 staff and 200 volunteers, we are one of the largest charities in the Mind network.

The Mindline and Crisis counselling service has been supporting people for approximately 35 years. The service aims to reduce risk to people in crisis, to strengthen people’s ability to manage emotional difficulties and mental distress, and to seek to prevent people being admitted to hospital. It is highly valued in the community both by those that use the service and those who refer people to this support. Telephone support via Mindline is available Monday to Saturday and for 4 evenings during the week. For those who need face-to-face counselling, the service can offer crisis counselling appointments.

We are seeking to recruit a Mindline and Crisis Intervention Coordinator to work 21.5 hours per week. This important role will coordinate Mindline and crisis counselling activities, supporting a team of dedicated volunteer counsellors.

**Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level **Disclosure and Barring Service c**heck**
