**Job Description**:
As an Experienced Healthcare Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients within our healthcare facility. You will work as part of a dedicated team, making a difference in the lives of those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients in accordance with their individual care plans.
Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
Administer medications and document patient records accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
Provide emotional support and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Minimum of 6 months of recent experience as a Healthcare Worker in the UK.
Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care).
Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and protocols.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
