**Internal Sales Assistant**

**Responsibilities**
- Backup our external sales team with support from the office
- Make and answer phone calls, to create sales leads.
- Serving customers and handling new enquiries
- Promoting products based on our current offers.
- Raise purchase orders, and source new products.
- No office experience is necessary, but attention to detail is a must.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and comfortable working independently.
- Great communication skills and telephone manor
- Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.

Full training will be provided, and support to help you succeed.

This role is full time 8am -5pm, based in Keynsham.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Keynsham, Somerset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
