**Working Arrangements: Hybrid (On-site work required with partner organizations across Sussex)**

This role is integral to the team responsible for delivering the challenging Changing Futures Programme across multiple geographic areas. Reporting to the Changing Futures Programme Lead, and collaborating with the Changing Futures Programme Team and Stakeholders Group, you will oversee the collection and analysis of data sets essential for the programme's success. Your responsibilities will include managing data collection across West Sussex, East Sussex, and Brighton & Hove, supporting strategic, performance, and operational needs. Task management of staff in partner organizations, advising senior management on data management, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and security, and providing advice based on data analysis are key aspects of the role.

**Key Skills**:

- Ability to design, implement, and manage a data management process and system.
- Proficient in IT skills to research, analyze complex data, and create reports and presentations.
- Strong persuasion and influencing skills to drive specific actions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide complex advice to diverse audiences.
- Effective organizational, prioritization, and planning skills to meet deadlines and supervise others.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues independently.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Significant experience in managing data management systems for business and external reporting requirements.
- Practical experience in complex data analysis contributing to strategic plans and policies.
- Experience providing professional advice to senior staff and partner organizations.
- Confidence in dealing with people and establishing credibility at all levels.
- Experience supervising, directing, coordinating, or training a small team.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Willingness to carry out visits.
- Familiarity with the job description.
- Enhanced DBS & barred list check (Adult).
- 5 Years References.

**Location: Horsham, Sussex (Travel across Sussex required)**
