Kiosk Supervisor

**Responsibilities**
- Serving customers in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Managing stock and taking payments through card transactions and cash.
- Working alongside the company rep for the area to help organise the restocking of the kiosk.
- Cleaning and maintaining the kiosk to a high standard.
- High quality customer service and care ensuring customers have excellent experience.

**Required Work Experience**
- Direct sales experience would be preferable but is not required.
- Previous experience in a customer service role would be preferable.

**Skills**
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent time keeping skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Good verbal communications.
- Ability to work flexibly including evenings and weekends.
- Ambitious and hardworking.
- Strong custo service skills.

**Salary**
- Base Salary £10 per hour

**Working Hours**
- 8:30am - 8:00pm
- Flexibility offered

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 48 weeks
Part-time hours: 23- 33 hours per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Sanitiser will be readily available at the kiosk and the kiosk itself will be cleaned regularly.

- Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
