BPC Recruitment are on the lookout for a Land Buyer to join this fantastic business in North London who offer luxury properties across the area.

You will be responsible for buying land securing planning permission, purchasing the right sites for future expansion plans.

This is a great opportunity to join an established team, who have very high standards making land acquisitions all the way through the pre-development process.

**Key duties include**:
Tasks and responsibilities will include;
- Evaluating a location to determine its land value and reporting on findings.
- Assessing suitability for development, for a variety of developments with a thorough understanding of planning regulations.
- Coordinating with suppliers and outside businesses to set out site surveys
- Supplying the necessary site information to survey companies
- Conducting research and gathering data for reporting as needed collating market research and local planning policy information to successfully negotiate terms for land acquisition
- Build and maintain relationships with local contacts to ensure up-to-date knowledge on current and future market opportunities as well as continually monitoring competitor activity
- Supporting the production of presentations and information packages for use at internal meetings and public events.
- Providing feedback and advice on the progress of land bids

**You will need**:
Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & LandInsight.

A 'can-do’ attitude and be self-motived to succeed.

To be able to work on your own initiative.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Preferable that you possess a full UK driving licence.
