**The Role
Are you a creative, ambitious, and results-driven marketing professional looking for an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and growing company? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote 3ti Energy Hubs' products and services, in order to generate sales enquiries. This will involve creating and managing campaigns and activities to raise the brandprofile and drive sales.

This is either a full time position or a minimum of 30 hours per week.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Marketing Executive include, but are not limited to:

- Building and managing rich content e.g., blog posts, webinars, infographics, newsletters, video to attract qualified traffic.
- Optimising the lead nurturing process and marketing automations.
- Reviewing data handling processes to implement mailing campaigns, revenue generation and nurturing campaigns.
- Increasing our presence and driving engagement across key social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube).
- Staying abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends and new technologies.
- Developing and creating regular content and digital assets for website and social media and customer communications.
- Researching market trends, demographics, online strategies, and other relevant information that helps increase brand awareness.
- Monitoring, reviewing and reporting on marketing campaigns and online analytics.
- Assisting the sales department to achieve sales targets by generating enquiries from online campaigns.

**The Person
The key skills and qualities of a Marketing Executive are:

- Degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Minimum of three years relevant work experience.
- Genuine commitment to making the planet a better place for future generations.
- The qualities required to work in a small company or start-up environment.
- Experience working in online marketing and/or proven experience in a content or written role.
- Events experience.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including SharePoint and Teams, plus various social media platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Right to live and work in the UK with clean UK driving licence.
