Duties:
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Research and recommend travel destinations, attractions, and activities based on client preferences and budget.
- Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends and changes in regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure the best deals and packages for clients.
- Process payments and manage booking confirmations for clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for someone with at least 2 years UK High Street Travel Agency experience
- Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and booking platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information and bookings.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with travel booking software or platforms.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: Up to £21,500.00 per year
