1. To ensure that children are central to the assessment of their needs and any plans to support them and their voices are heard and influence decisions made about them.

2. To organise and facilitate and a range of meetings to meet statutory obligations under the Children Act and Working Together, focusing on building relationships; ensuring effective participation and taking a strengths-based approach.

3. To support and challenge operational practice to ensure outcomes for children are being achieved.

Rate: £45 Umbrella
