Purchase Ledger Clerk Ref code: JAP99095942 Finance Transactional £24k - 27k per year Nuneaton, Warwickshire, England Permanent Office Based Purchase Ledger Clerk to work in Nuneaton. You will be based in the office Monday-Friday and you will be owning the purchase ledger function. Duties will be: - Validate invoices against purchase orders - Ensuring that appropriate authorisation and signing off for invoices - Authorisation for payments, including international - Code financial transactions appropriately - Posting of purchase ledger invoices and credits to Sage accurately - Reconcile Supplier statements received - Resolve Queries with Suppliers and bring to satisfactory conclusion - Process and prepare supplier payments, staff expenses and track all - Payment Reconcile credit cards and petty cash - File invoices and statements - Check all financial transactions for accuracy - Support month-end reporting process - Support the Finance Team with requests and audits - Other ad-hoc tasks which help the finance department or aid the business as a whole Ideally you will be available at short notice and able to start this side of Christmas, Working hours are 8.45am-515pm Mon-Fri and 8.45am -2.30pm on a Friday (37.5hr week)
