Online Trading Executive

We are looking for an amazing Online Trading Executive to support our Digital team to deliver and optimise online content and trading across our website and app.

The Online Trading Executive will work with various stakeholders to build an engaging and relevant plan that incorporates brand, trading and propositional elements while supporting a clear and cohesive onsite/app customer journey. You will find opportunities to improve conversion and revenue for the business in this ever-changing and fast paced environment.

**What you'll be doing...**
- Executing the online content plan for new initiatives - co-ordinating the trade planning, design, and publishing processes to deliver engaging, relevant and accurate content onsite for all product categories
- Building our trading content assets into all site placements, using Shopify, Algolia and other available tools.
- Using analytics to optimise trading content; driving customer engagement, conversion and sales for directional media, trade events, seasonal events and customer shopping missions.
- Daily and weekly review of content performance; communicating these findings in team meetings and to key stakeholders
- Maintaining relationships with our Customer teams to ensure we deliver a consistent end to end onsite/app journey where appropriate for marketing campaigns, maximising traffic and sales through offsite marketing and driving SEO improvements
- Co-ordinate the trade events calendar delivery and review process for alignment with Retail. Identify improvements and respond to customer needs for future trade events
- Seek and own new or improved trading opportunities through all onsite and offsite tools
- Influence Digital Product and Technology teams to deliver continuous improvements to our platforms
- Liaising and working with key stakeholders across the business, including Brand, Content, Marketing, Product and Retail.
- Conducting daily content checks to maintain legality of the site

**What are we looking for?**
- Project management is preferable, ideally using workflow tools
- Experience using CMS
- Ability to communicate and influence a range of key stakeholders
- Experience making data-driven decisions and track content performance.
- A passion for online trading and ecommerce
- Experience in a commercial environment
- Experience using Google Workspace and Excel
- High attention to detail

- Full time - 30hr per week
- Based in Brighton Office
