Cook in Charge

**We are recruiting a Cook in Charge at Caerphilly County Borough Council.**

**Working hours**: 5 Hours per day, 1 day a week (day worked to be discussed at Interview) Term Time Only (38 weeks per year)
**Contract Type**:Permanent/Part Time
**Location**: Libanus Primary School, Blackwood

The Cook in Charge role reports to and is supported by the Operations Supervisor or Manager where, as a team we work together to provide nutritious and healthy meals to the children of the Borough whilst observing all food hygiene and safety regulations.

**For this role you will need**:

- A level 2 qualification in Food Safey.
- An understanding of the role with an ability to perform duties effectively and efficiently.
- The ability to exercise good judgement when dealing with issues that may be of a sensitive nature.
