Our client is a multi-billion international poultry business. Since Brexit, company moved part of its Operations to the UK with massive plans for further growth in the region. The first year was a real success. Company is now investing in more resources to support further growth. A new position became available for Head of Sales with poultry background.
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to help us meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping company competitive and innovative.
Roles & Functional Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of Company's sales strategy in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland for chicken (fresh and frozen) and further processed (cooked) productsAnnual, quarterly and monthly export sales forecasting.
Annual, quarterly and monthly sales forecasting for direct trade & distribution inside the GB through different sales channels.Weekly analysis of sales plans &
targets achievement, control of shipment schedules fulfilment.Participation in development of new products and branded products distribution, including the ones, originating from affiliated entities of the Company in Europe.Participation in marketing budget planning and execution.Initiation, rationalization, implementation and monitoring of actions aimed to increase volume of sales (price activities, trade-marketing activities, negotiations with partners, supply contracts, new product development etc.).Control of compliance with regulations, memorandums and other internal and external regulatory documents. Dealing with inquiries and requests of partners and employees.Preparation of monthly and annual reports.Qualification and Job Experience Requirements:
Over 5 years successful previous experience as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsExperience in Poultry IndustryWork with different distribution channels (wholesalers, retailers, and direct-to-consumer sales, HoReCa, etc.)Developed leadership skillsExperience in planning and implementing sales strategiesExperience in customer relationship managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPresence of a ready customer baseJoin this fast growing and expanding UK Business entity, part of the international group and be part of its leadership team, and part of its growth.
