**Clinical tasks and skills**: To undertake protocol based psychological assessments. To assist in the formulation and delivery of care plans involving the psychological treatment and/or management of a client’s problems. To assist in the coordination and running of therapeutic groups.

**CPD, teaching and training**: To receive regular clinical supervision and gain wider experience of professional psychology within the NHS over and above that provided within the principal service area where the post holder is employed.

**Service evaluation and audit**: To assist in the design and implementation of audit and research projects.

**IT and administrative tasks**: To keep up-to-date accurate notes in clients’ files, fill in relevant Health Board and team documents and forms and develop material for group as well as individual and family interventions.

THIS POST IS FIXED TERM FOR (12 MONTHS) TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE.

If you are an internal applicant this post will only be offered on a secondment basis and you will need to have gained your line managers approval for the secondment prior to going to interview.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
