We’re looking for a dedicated **Hotel Night Receptionist / Guest Service Manager ( Nights) **to cover two-night shifts in the hotel.

This is a **part-time contract with 16 hrs per week, working fixed shifts Sunday & Monday nights from 11pm -7am, with a salary of £11 per hour including company-wide benefits **and could fit perfectly around your existing schedule.

You’ll be responsible for welcoming and processing all of the late arriving guests to the hotel, dealing with any last-minute reservations and most likely some early morning departures too.

You’ll also be responsible for the comfort of all our guests, especially throughout the night and provide continuity of service for Front Office, restaurant and bar. You’ll be the first person a guest encounters, so you’ll need to be friendly, professional, and confident.

You’ll be involved in everything from serving at the bar, to cash handling and auditing, to preparing breakfast, setting up the small meeting room, and taking reservations, so you’ll be willing and able to multi-task.

You will need to be able to communicate effectively, be willing to get stuck in and present a professional and friendly face for the hotel.
