Do you have solid Ecommerce experience in combination with a 'head for business' and a demonstrable track record in achieving a solid ROAS spend on healthy PPC budgets? If so, this could be a great role for you - you'll work as a key part of our client's management team; taking responsibility for their overall digital performance and results in an Ecommerce environment

Role**:Head of Ecommerce **(you might be called a Head of Marketing, Head of Digital, Digital Marketing Manager, eCommerce Manager, CRM Manager, Digital Strategist etc...)
Location: Near Durham (remote working possible after 6 months)
**Salary: £50k-£65k p.a. depending upon experience**

You will be strategic and analytical in nature and be able to find solutions to problems to ensure maximum return on Digital spend.

**Responsibilities**
- Driving digital/eCommerce excellence to maximise ROI
- Managing budgets to deliver eCommerce campaigns that meet or exceed objectives, while remaining on time and on-budget
- Analyse business-wide consumer analytics and behavioral reporting (i.e. customer segmentation models, analysis of purchase history, demographics etc.)
- Drive continuous optimisation of product recommendations, cross-selling and merchandising opportunities based on customer modelling
- Delivering excellent PPC (Search, Display, Video) campaigns/results in-house
- Producing regular campaign dashboards and reports that enable stakeholders to understand the real-time performance of campaigns

**We seek a bright, articulate individual who is commercially savvy and can offer demonstrable knowledge of the following**
- Strong analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills
- Experience working with multiple communication channels in consumer interactions.
- Experience in set-up and development of corporate-level CRM programs and campaigns.
- High level of technical literacy; quickly learning new technologies
- CRM software experience
- Ability to demonstrate excellent ROI results when engaged in similar roles previously
- Ability to manage/lead a small digital marketing team.
