Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance Assistant to join our team.

As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the finance department and assisting with various financial tasks.

**Principal Accountabilities**

Daily bank reconciliations

Preparing payments

Processing employee expenses

Managing customer claims processes

Payroll checks, reconciliations, and analyses, HMRC payments

Liaising with Shared Service Centre

Master data set-up

Posting journals and general ledger reconciliations

Raising miscellaneous invoices and credits

Other ad hoc duties

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in finance and develop their skills in a professional setting.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
