**The vacancy**

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help the Finance and Facilities team with their administrative functions. The role will work in support of our Senior Accountant, and would ideally suit someone who has previous experience of working within a busy finance team.

The role covers a variety of tasks and will suit someone who is able to manage their time effectively, prioritise their work and is equally comfortable working on their own portfolio of duties or supporting colleagues with processing tasks.

The Finance and Facilities Team is a small team where a good team ethic, flexibility and a supportive but ‘can do’ mindset will enable you to have an enjoyable and fulfilling career while contributing to the overall success of the firm.

The core functions of this role are:

- General administration, including client account admin, BACs payment processing, expenses processing and the Insolvency lead cashier role.
- Accountancy duties, including involvement with monthly prepayments and accruals, reconciliations, and basic nominal journals.
- Backup processing support, including purchase ledger and cashier duties.

This is a part time role, and we are happy to give consideration to 22.5 to 25 hours per week and offer flexible working options.
