Examinations Assistant

We have a great opportunity based at our Bedford Sixth Form campus for a flexible hourly-paid Examination Assistant to become part of our Examinations department.

As a Examination Assistant, you will play a role in the success of our students through:

- Ensuring the integrity of the examination process
- Providing an exams administration service for students and staff.
- Supporting the Senior Examinations Administrator/Exams Manager to deliver all examinations
- Preparing all examination materials and seating plans in advance of the examinations and in accordance with Awarding Body regulations.
- Maths and English A*-C or L2 equivalent
- Minimum of 5 GCSE A*-C

**What is an Associate?**

Associates work on a short term basis as assigned. They teach or provide support services and they work with and are supported by core staff. As an Associate you will be issued with an Associate agreement, under this Agreement period you will be eligible to work on assignments offered to you. Typically an agreement runs from January to December and may be renewed thereafter.
