What you'll be doing:The National Trust is a lively organisation that has a lot going on at all times - you can guarantee that no day is the same so you’ll have to love variety. As well as supporting day to day operations and being the main office greeter/receptionist, you’ll manage the analysis of our feedback, ensuring continued improvement by offer your advice expertise beyond our team.
You’ll always champion best practice when it comes to business support, and will be confident challenging the norm when you think there’s a better way of doing something.
There will be a requirement to work Bank Holidays as needed and the occasional weekend to support the smooth running of the Estate. You'll also be required to work both inside and outside during the day.

- Proven experience in a Business Support environment; along with facilities or office supervision responsibility
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team but also to your own initiative
- Flexible and customer -focussed
- Able to multi-task and prioritise own workload
- Well organised and attention to detail
- Good IT Skills
