**The opportunity**

We’re looking for a Quality Assessor to join our expanding team based in Hull. Reporting to Sam Such, the purpose of your role is to develop, coach, and support our Sales Team. You will monitor customer interactions and provide feedback to both agents and management. You will coach and assist in agents ongoing development and identify gaps in training and processes requiring improvement. You will build relationships with agents and management to ensure ongoing professional development and training requirements. You will join a highly motivated team and be part of a growth business working with colleagues who care about our customers.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Providing and recording regular feedback sessions to ensure positive engagement and success.
- Monitoring and evaluating individuals’ development and performance to measure and drive success.
- Working collaboratively with the Team managers to create development plans, provide feedback on training strategy and maintain ongoing advisor development.
- Improving our business service by supporting effective knowledge delivery. Liaising between Training and Sales Managers to provide ongoing onboarding support.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in a coaching and development role within a similar industry would be advantageous. Call centre experience is not mandatory.
- A keen interest in people, business, and professional development.
- A passion to encourage and support. A drive push people and standards to the highest level possible.
- High level written, communication and listening skills are essential.
- Any training qualifications would be an advantage. Previous exposure to our operating systems would be an advantage.
