My prestigious, long-standing and renowned Tunbridge Wells based client is urgently seeking a highly communicative, Marketing and Business Development Administrator/Assistant to join their vibrant and busy offices in the centre of the town, close to thestation.

Main Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Monthly Brief production
- Finance - Monthly M&BD budget cross referencing and regular updating of invoice logs
- Uploading of data from client surveys
- Assisting with updating the website and posting on all social media channels
- Production of monthly reports for each department
- Managing the inbox for the entire department on a daily basis and effective processing of all new enquiries
- Assisting with filming and editing of videos
- Assisting with creating design images for use on social media

You will require strong Microsoft office skills, experience of using InDesign, Canva or other similar design software and an understanding of data management would be desirable.
