**Job Description**:
Your duties for this role will include but aren't limited to:
Co-ordinating export and import shipments for customers
Ensuring that all documentation is processed and completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Liaising with customers to co-ordinate shipment of goods.
Working closely with third party transport suppliers to ensure collections/deliveries are achieved.
Process shipments through in house operating system and complete associated paperwork to meet internal, customer and legal requirements.
Provide weekend or evening cover to monitor shipments or customers as required.
Make the necessary arrangements as required to meet export / import requirements.
Provide information to DHL customers and their clients in a timely and appropriate manner.
Complete general administration tasks.
Maintain customer contact and develop relationships
Administer complaints and early stage claims processing.
Ensure administration procedures are established and adhered to.
To maintain all shipment files.
Preparation of weekly & monthly reports.
Process supplier & customer billings.
Providing Cover for the team in the event of holiday and sickness.
