Part Time IFA Administrator

NJR Recruitment are representing a highly regarded Wealth Management organisation who are based in the Huddersfield area. Our Client holds an excellent reputation within the industry and provides a holistic approach to Whole of Market advice for their well established Client Bank.

Due to expansion, our Client is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to provide support to the Financial Planners. Working from the office on a part time basis, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a very stable team. This role will suit someone who has been working within financial services and has strong knowledge of Pensions, Investments and Protection products as well as delivery of first class service to Clients and Consultants.

**Responsibilities**:
To provide efficient administrative support to a number of IFA's

Maintenance of all administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date
Assist with the management of the IFA's portfolio of existing business
Prepare new business and review packs for IFA client meetings

Obtain research when requested for Protection and Annuity products
Provide mortgage research for IFA's using online systems
Obtain illustrations for products from providers either on-line or over the telephone
Deal with fund switch requests and also be responsible for processing fund switches online
