**New job role available - Finance Administrator - Winsford**

**Part time between 16-20 hours flexible**

**Job Spec**:

- Maintaining Cashbooks
- Reconciling to bank statements daily
- Liaising with Procurement regarding purchase orders, goods received and planned deliveries.
- Gathering delivery notes, matching to Purchase Orders
- Checking of Nominal Codes.
- Assisting with Purchase Ledger duties for two group companies including invoices and credit notes, exercising consideration of VAT rules and regulations
- Statement reconciliations, working with suppliers to resolve queries and obtain relevant documents, and processing payments through the ledgers.
- Collating information for the weekly / monthly BACS run, preparing payment run reports for approval.
- Collating supporting documents for Credit Card expenditure, coding and entering the transactions on to the system
- Reconciling to the Credit Card Statement.
- Assisting with Sales Ledger duties, including posting cash received from customers
- Maintenance of the electronic filing system, scanning documents and filing in appropriate electronic folders

**Person spec**:

- Previous purchase ledger experience is essential
- Available to start at short notice
- Team player

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
