**25,000 - 30,000 realistic OTE of over £50k per annum**

Our established client based in Sale is seeking experienced Debt/ IVA Advisors who thrive on offering a professional consultative sales experience along with outstanding customer service skills and advice to your clients to join their growing team.

This role allows driven advisors excellent earning potential

The Role:

- Fact-finding on debt levels, investigating incomes, and establishing affordability
- Speaking with live warm leads, understanding the client’s individual circumstances and expenditures Consultatively presenting debt solutions based on the customer's suitability
- Providing support along the customer journey until the IVA is submitted

Experience Required:

- IVA sales experience essential
- Strong negotiating and closing skills
- Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and planning skills
- Computer literate with good keyboard skills

Hours of work Monday - Friday

Week 1 Mon - Thurs 9.30 am - 6.30 pm Friday 9.00 am - 4.00 pm

Week 2 Mon - Thurs 11.00 am - 8.00 pm Friday 9.00 am
- 4.00 pm
