**Shift Pattern**:09:00 - 16:00
**Salary**: £18,257.27
**Location**:University of Sussex - Stanmer Court - Falmer - BN1 9PU

**Main Duties**
- Cleaning shared bathrooms and kitchens, en-suites and stairwells and helping maintain the accommodation to a high standard
- Cleaning using the colour coded cleaning method
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Working as part of a team
- Summer business - servicing rooms and changing beds
- Reporting maintenance issues, hazards and concerns to the Supervisor or Manager

**What we are looking for**:

- Ability to communicate and understand directives and health and safety regulations
- Flexible approach, responding to the needs of the service
- Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of confidentiality and excellent customer service
- Health & Safety awareness, including COSHH
- Capability of undertaking manual handling tasks
