Work on location across Trust sites and on College Site to support the production of Digital Learning/Technologies
- Learn to work as a digital champion, training and supporting colleagues to make the best use of digital tools and diagnose problems.
- To learn about e-Learning authoring, development software and multimedia tools
- To follow the processes and standard operating procedures established within the Technology Enhanced Learning Team (TEL)
- To complete own workload, prioritising projects within the scope and timelines provided
- To learn how to assist with the day-to-day maintenance and development of digital Learning/Technologies, ensuring business continuity through basic troubleshooting, escalating as appropriate within the team
- Undertake basic data analysis training with a view to utilise appropriate digital technologies
- Learn about and contribute on the social media channels for marketing
- Learn how to resolve digital issues using the appropriate tools and technologies
- Document actions to ensure a clear audit trail and progression of issues
