As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Sea Containers London Hotel, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting the housekeeping staff, managing schedules, and maintaining inventory. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for excellence in hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.- Assist in the training and development of housekeeping staff, ensuring all team members are knowledgeable about hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.- Develop and manage housekeeping staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including room status, maintenance issues, and staff performance.- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials, placing orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock levels.- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

**Salary**: £30,721.60 p/a plus service charge
