**Multi Skilled Trades Person
GUARANTEED WORK throughout the year, employed or self-employed**

If you’re experienced in trades such as
- **Groundworks** - Excavate foundations, drainage, up to DPC oversites, concreting, driveways, block pavers, Any highways tickets, is an advantage
- **Wet trades**, Bricklaying, stonework, blockwork, Patios etc
- **Plastering**, Skimming, rendering colour systems, sand & cement, Lime rendering & plastering,
- **Carpentry**, First & second fix
- Includes - studwork, floor joists, manufacturer & cut trusses, fitting kitchens, stairs, skirtings & architraves - etc
- **Roofing** - felt & battening, slating, tiling, leadwork, facias boards & soffits, fitting Velux windows, etc
- **Finishers** on all trades (happy to do the snagging list)
- **Labourers** & skilled Labourers
- **Working site foreman**, to be able to take a site on from start to finish.
- **Project manager** - We would certainly be interested in talking to someone regarding this new and exciting position within our company, at sensible rates. Role would suit an experienced builder that is wanted to come off the tools full time.
- **Quantity Surveyor / Estimator** - To assist the director in submitting tenders, creating material lists, project managing and budget managing. Role would suit an experienced builder that is wanted to come off the tools full time.

Miles Construct Ltd is a family run construction business based in Ross on Wye, Herefordshire, and serving the regions of Ross-on-Wye, Hereford, Monmouth, and Forest of Dean.

We are looking for experienced, multi-skilled tradespeople to work on our projects on a self-employed or employed basis. We work mainly for private, residential clients. Our work includes things such as, extensions, renovations, loft conversions, cellarconversions, new builds, barn conversions along with other general building and maintenance work.

We have plenty of work and are looking for people who we can get to know and work with long-term

Extra pay is available to those with official health and safety training & qualifications in trades. I.e. CSCS cards, NVQ levels. Etc.

**You must be eligible to work in the UK. No agencies please.**
