**Requirements of a Trainee Recruiter**
- Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong listening skills
- Good telephone manner and must be confident to make outbound calls
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Must be highly organised
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
- Previous experience within a Sales/Recruitment role is preferable
- Must have good IT skills

**Responsibilities of a Trainee Recruiter**
- To assist with increasing membership levels, by finding and recruiting new member firms into the network and the Directly Authorised propositions
- To schedule appointments with prospect/new members
- To ensure our CRM system is kept up to date at all times
- To complete telephone projects as instructed by the Director

**Salary of a Trainee Recruiter**

£18,000 - £20,000 per annum dependant on experience, meaning to receive the higher end of the salary banding you must have done a similar role in a Financial Services Network previously.

**Working pattern of a Trainee Recruiter**

Monday - Friday

9am - 5pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
