Bodyshop Fitter

We are currently looking for a Bodyshop fitter which will see you assisting with the high quality body work preparation, repair, modification, refurbishment and installation of the company’s temperature-controlled assets; these are bespoke modular builds, similar to a trailer however it is stationary. You will attend customer sites & locations to carryout the necessary repairs or installations using both power and hand tools safely an completing each job as per jobs sheet requires and ensuring the relevant accompanying paperwork is completed and submitted correctly.

Key Features
- You will be expected to deliver a high standard of workmanship and perform to close tolerances within set timeframes and in line with company standards
- Work in a safe, effective and efficient manner ensuring health& safety regulations are observed and report any unsafe tools or equipment to the production manager immediately.
- Working both as part of a team and independently using your own initiative.

Knowledge & Experience
- Previous use of both power and hand tools
- Compliance with both customer and company health & safety and contractor rules
- Whilst you will be based from our Sutton-in-Ashfield site, you will be required to work on off site installation, which may involve stays away from home.
