**Job Details**

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work alongside colleagues in both Housing and The Health and Social Care Partnership to support and promote independent living by providing housing advice, assistance and assessment.

**The Person**

You will be educated to SCQF level 7, which includes SVQ4, HNC, Advanced Highers or equivalent. You will undertake assessments of need and risk.
- Experience of undertaking assessments.
- Providing advice and recommendations.
- Knowledge of principles of housing allocation and priorities.
- Knowledge of housing types and potential to meet varying needs.
- Experience of joint working to achieve common goals.
- Ability to partnership work with a range of different stakeholders.
- Experience of promoting equality and diversity.
- Experience of practicing in a way that empowers others.

Ensuring that service users receive an outcome focused service.

Ability to travel within Fife will be appropriate for many posts.
