You will be responsible for dispatching taxis, coordinating routes, and providing support to drivers and customers. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispatch taxis to designated locations in response to customer requests.
- Monitor and manage radio and computer systems for effective communication with drivers.
- Coordinate taxi routes and optimize schedules for efficiency and timely service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
- Keep accurate records of trips, fares, and driver assignments.
- Monitor vehicle status and maintenance schedules to ensure a safe and reliable fleet.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following company protocols.
- Assist in training new drivers and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve operational challenges and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on local traffic conditions, events, and road closures to make informed dispatch decisions.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and radio systems.
- Familiarity with local geography and traffic patterns.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

**Working Hours**

**Monday to Fridays & Sundays - 8AM to 8PM or 9AM to 9PM (10 hour shifts)**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Weekends only
