You will of course be a valuable player in the CGI team, bringing your strong technical skills to delivering high quality visualization and animations that deliver the brief time after time. In this role, you will no doubt grow in creative confidence and artistic craft, outwardly presenting ideas with conviction and clear rationale

Marks’ operates a Hybrid working model, with your time being split between home and our Birmingham based studio.

**You will**:

- Create a wide range of high-quality visualizations (across modelling, lighting, compositing, retouching, moving image) that explore and deliver the brief, with both technical and artistic excellence.
- Work closely with Design Directorate and Client Service colleagues to understand the brand intent, the brief and deliverables.
- Effectively manage your time, keeping channels of communication open with the Senior Producer to keep things on time, on track, on budget.
- Add value to internal reviews and briefing sessions, offering the CGI perspective, advising production best practice and limitations.
- Champion and follow our file set up, file naming and server filing procedures.
- Pro-actively assist the team, contributing to studio inspiration and design events

**You'll have**:

- 3-5 years experience working in the 3D space, ideally producing brand content
- Good interpersonal skills, comfortable networking across a wide variety of stakeholders and colleagues
- Can do positivity, energy
- A degree in 3D Design, Animation, Modelling or similar fieldStrong technical skills: Maya, V-ray, Nuke, After Effects and Photoshop
- Pride in being a ‘generalist’ across model build, lighting, compositing, retouching, moving image. Endless technical curiosity.
- The ability to manage your time effectively, and multi-task
