We are looking for an admin assistant to work between 30 and 40 hours per week. Exact hours of work can be discussed but they will be Monday to Friday as a basic in the office. We do not offer work from home.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Ideally you will have experience with Microsoft Office.

Training will be give on in house systems.

We are a security equipment installation company and the role will involve
- ordering parts as requested by engineers
- organizing jobs for the engineers
- invoicing, keeping track of incoming payments, overall accounts
- updating vehicle details and keeping on top of organising MOTs
- logging fuel costs
- tracking staff hours of work and holidays to update payroll at the end of each month
- filing
- being the main point of contact for the office should any visitors call in
- other general duties

There is on site parking available

We are a small friendly company that's growing quickly.

**Salary**: From £16,380.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hale, WA15 9SF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
