**So what will your role entail as a HR assistant?**

Your role will be to undertake the recruitment and onboarding process with the support from a growing office team. You will be required to follow our safe recruitment procedures and ensure that new starters are onboarded with a clear training plan, induction, and guide to the organisation. You will also be responsible for some quality assurance tasks supporting the quality lead.
