**About us**

Witton Lodge Community Association is a small business in Birmingham. We are professional, agile, and our goal is to Witton Lodge Community Association is a dynamic community association and landlord providing homes, community facilities and a range of flourishing community services in North Birmingham.

The post holder will support administration across a range of projects and services. You will be collecting, collating, and updating information and records, as well as supporting internal and external reporting requirements.

Some Key Responsibilities:

- Input data, collate information, compile reports; maintain files, paper, and electronic records.
- Manage correspondence to and from local groups and organisations as directed.
- Collate reports from partners and local organisations as deemed necessary for individual projects to satisfy reporting requirements.
- Check project files for completeness and accuracy.
- Organise meetings, prepare and distribute papers, and take notes / minutes.
- Order goods and services and manage administrative tasks including handling telephone enquiries and managing post / mailings.
- Work flexibly to support Association staff in their administration of reports to funders, partners, or other stakeholders.
- Work within relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, and support wider Association work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,972.00 per year
