**05:00 - 15:15 shift**

**4 days per week, rotating 3 week pattern**

At the heart of this, our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters’ business by sales. The division employs over 9,000 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Working within the Bulk Line team, this role is an excellent opportunity to take your career within Food Production to the next level by continually developing your skills, being involved with a wide variety of day-to-day responsibilities, and becoming indispensable to the efficient running of the site.**

**- You can expect the role to involve**:

- **S**upervision of a team of up to 70 employees
- Quality Control
- Planning Labour and Production runs
- Maintain Health & Safety Standards
- Absence Management
- KPI Management
- Basic disciplines
- Operation of the M6000 Weigh and Grading system
- Ensuring the correct set up and use of whole bird production equipment
- Resource planning

- High level of PC literacy
- HACCP and or Food Safety level 3 qualifications preferred
- Good level of English both written and spoken is necessary
- Good communicator
- Attention to detail
