**Tasks and Qualifications**:
Tasks
- To carryout first line response to the installed MHE system faults
- To complete the relevant faults logs
- To ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
- To ensure quality of output
- Involved in continued improvement activates
- To complete weekly timesheets
- Involved in PPM activities

Knowledge
- To have a basic understanding of mechanical / electrically operated machinery
- Previous experience of working in warehouse or production environment
- Minimum standards of innumeracy and literacy
- Ability to work at height
- Ability to learn and retain technical information
