**Job description**

**Help-Desk Administrator**

My client is a provider of tailored and bespoke mechanical & electrical building services engineering projects & maintenance, providing a wide range of specialist technical solutions to a blue-chip client portfolio to include (not limited to) Commercial, Education, Public Buildings & Retail environments.

A Helpdesk Administrator is required to provide contract and general administrative support with key duties and accountabilities to include (not limited to):

- To manage and plan/schedule and dispatch reactive work orders & PPM to the appropriate engineer(s)
- Handling incoming calls, liaison with existing and/or new clients responding to the enquiries accordingly.
- Raising purchase orders & invoicing
- Raising & Closing of all tasks via the in-house CAFM as required
- Assisting with and raising small-works quotations
- Liaising with sub-contractors & suppliers
- Assisting with financial and compliance requirements
- Provide accurate system reporting and assist with the progression of task SLA delivery and compliance
- Possess a strong knowledge of M&E Maintenance Service Contracts from an Administration, Help-Desk/Service Desk prospective
- Excellent IT system skills i.e. Microsoft Office
- CAFM experience

**Please Note**

**Additional Information**
- Salary £29,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday 08.00am to 16.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
- Overtime - Saturday after 12.00 & Sunday & Bank/Public Holidays is double time.
- 23 days holiday + stat days + birthday
- Pension - contribution 3%/5%
- Parking
